Standard Cancellations
- If you need to cancel, please text or call us as soon as possible.
- If a deposit is later paid after manual confirmation, deposits are generally non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date.
- Outside 48 hours, we will work with you to reschedule to an available date.
Weather Policy
Safety comes first. Inflatables must not be used in unsafe weather.
- Lightning: We do not set up during active lightning. If lightning occurs during use, stop immediately.
- Wind: Inflatables should not be used in winds above 15 mph.
- Rain: Light mist may be okay, but heavy rain creates safety issues. We may pause or cancel for safety.
Rescheduling for Weather
- If weather makes setup unsafe, we will offer a reschedule to an available date (typically within the same calendar year).
- We aim to make a final weather call as close to the event as possible, but safety is the priority.
Same‑Day Decisions
Because forecasts change, we may coordinate with you the day of your event. If you want to reschedule, please let us know early so we can adjust routes and help other customers.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds depend on the situation (timing, whether equipment has already been delivered/set up, and whether any deposit has been paid after confirmation). The fastest way to resolve is to text/call us.
