- Submitting a request form is a request only. Availability is not guaranteed until Monkey Mania personally confirms.
- Prices shown on the website are general pricing. Final total may include delivery fees, optional add‑ons, and applicable cleaning fees.
- If there is a conflict, we may offer alternative items or dates.
2) Rental agreement controls
When your rental is confirmed, you agree to our Rental Agreement & Safety Rules. If anything on the website conflicts with the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
3) Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to access admin features without authorization, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not submit false or misleading request information.
