Booking & Confirmation
- Submitting the form sends a request only. Availability is not guaranteed until Monkey Mania personally confirms your event.
- Deposits/Payments: No payment is collected on the website. A deposit may be requested only after we personally approve availability and setup details.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup
- Delivery/setup fees are confirmed after we review the event location and package size.
- We deliver, set up, and secure equipment. Please ensure there is a clear path to the setup area.
- Pickup time may vary based on route and schedule. Please keep equipment accessible at pickup.
Power, Water & Space Requirements
- Inflatables require a dedicated, working power outlet within safe extension distance.
- Water slide rentals require a working water source and hose connection.
- Setup area must be reasonably level and free of sharp objects, pet waste, or debris.
Wet Rental Cleaning Fee
Wet rentals require extra drying and sanitation. A $50 cleaning fee applies when:
- Water Slide is selected (always wet).
- Combo rentals may be available wet or dry depending on the unit, location, and setup conditions.
Adult Supervision & Safety
- A responsible adult (18+) must supervise at all times.
- No shoes, food, drinks, jewelry, glasses, sharp objects, flips, wrestling, or rough play.
- Do not move equipment, unplug blowers, or deflate intentionally.
- Stop use immediately for rain, lightning, or strong winds.
Damage, Cleaning & Extra Charges
- Normal wear is fine. Damage beyond normal wear (tears, burn holes, excessive stains, etc.) may be billed.
- Please keep pets away from equipment.
- Excessive mud, paint, slime, silly string, gum, or similar substances may result in additional cleaning charges.
Parks & Permits
If you plan to use equipment at a park or public space, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits and ensuring power/water access.
